Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Bulk order processing (e.g., "Orders of 10 or more boxes may require an additional 1–2 business days to prepare.")
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and destination.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Shipping Locations
At this time, AURĒ ships within the United States.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
AURĒ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
